Low(er) Carb Bread

This is a low(er) carb, high flavor bread.  This bread smells wonderful while it is baking.  Don't eat it all!  I limit myself to one slice per day, except Fridays, when I make a sandwich with it.

* BRM (Bob's Red Mill)

  • I make this using a bread machine
  • Combine ingredients in order listed
  • I set my bread machine on large, dark loaf
  • My bread machine cycle takes 4 1/2 hours to complete
  • I use an electric knife to cut the bread into 3/8" slices.
  • In this loaf, I added a tablespoon of dehydrated onion to the dough before baking.
