I've had a couple of folks ask me how the download performance of Uverse rates. Here's the download of an iso file from MSDN. It gives you some idea of how fast this service is. UVerse is basically TV delivered over the internet. We had two of our three TV's running while this file was downloaded. As you can tell, it's pretty fast.

For my account at least, I have to say the speed is "more than adequate."

The only downside? There's a ten to fifteen second delay on the TV screen. I was on the phone to my brother praying that Alabama would come back in the Sugar Bowl and he could see a play or two ahead of me on his over the air TV reception. Bummer. Praying over the phone with your brother doesn't get answered either.
