Finished Reading Armageddon's Children

I completed reading Terry Brooks' Armageddon's Children last night. I liked about 99% of the book. Unfortunately, the book builds to a crescendo and then ends (actually, it jumps off a cliff), urging you to purchase the next book in the trilogy. Even though I enjoyed the story line to a certain degree, I dislike the sort of ending Mr. Brooks handed me. I much prefer Bernard Cornwell's approach. You can pick up one of the books in his trilogy and be perfectly satisfied you've read a complete story. No "wait 'til next year to read what happens" verbage.

I managed to make some progress on the dcdflib library tonight. I was able to clean up a routine named cdfbet. This was a fairly lengthy bit of code, but it cleaned up nicely.

This is scary. I actually know what cdfbet is. I've snooped around in there, but not to improve things like you're doing.
