I made it back to Oklahoma City for the Labor Day Weekend.  I had four wonderful days at home with my wife and kids.  I was able to grill some steaks, cut the grass and do some home repairs.  It almost felt like real life.  Unfortunately, real life returned at 4:15 AM Tuesday morning when I had to get ready for the 6:30 AM Southwest Flight to San Antonio.  I really miss my home.  Oklahoma may be the butt of a lot of jokes, but I like my life in OKC.  People are incredibly friendly and I have a strong support network of friends and family.  By contrast, San Antonio is crowded, unruly and traffic is simply awful.

I was able to bring a laptop to San Antonio.  I hope to get busy on some hobbyist programming and begin posting some fun material.  However, tonight, I am going to get a good night's sleep!
