Once again, we're trying to commericialize an R & D project. The economics aren't there yet. Throwing tax dollars at the problem won't change the economics. We keep comparing the problem to the discovery of how to transmit and display video signals (the TV). The basic problems and the driving forces for spending money on solar power are different from the long term success of the TV.
