DCDFLIB and method E0000

DCDFLIB employs two reverse communication zero finder functions: E0000 and E0001.  I completed the clean up and analysis of E0000 tonight, finally removing all traces of labels and goto statements.  A funny thing happened.  The C++ optimizer must have kicked into high gear after removing all of the goto statements. Anything that calls E0000 is executing noticeably faster.  Nice dividend for all of my time.
