This is a low(er) carb, high flavor bread. This bread smells wonderful while it is baking. Don't eat it all! I limit myself to one slice per day, except Fridays, when I make a sandwich with it.

- I make this using a bread machine
- Combine ingredients in order listed
- I set my bread machine on large, dark loaf
- My bread machine cycle takes 4 1/2 hours to complete
- I use an electric knife to cut the bread into 3/8" slices.
- In this loaf, I added a tablespoon of dehydrated onion to the dough before baking.
